Student grant (BaföG): The amount granted as BaföG depends on your parents income and will not be reclaimed after completion of your training.
You can apply for BaföG online:
Student loan: After completing a year of training, exists the possibility of applying for a low interest student loan, which will be paid back in small rates after graduating. The KFW-Förderbank is one possible lender next to other institutions offering credit services.
Government information on student loans:
In addition to receiving BaföG, exists the possibility
of working part-time.
